Using this store
These terms apply to purchases from YETREMA. By ordering, you agree to the product description, applicable license and these terms. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Products and requirements
Our listings describe digital files, included features, supported platforms and delivery methods. Review them before purchase. YETREMA Launch is a standalone HTML/CSS/JavaScript template, not an installable Shopify or WordPress theme. Hosting, domains, server services and customization are separate unless a listing expressly includes them.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency. The checkout displays the total and applicable taxes before payment. Provide a correct email address so we can deliver your download. We may decline fraudulent orders or correct an evident listing error before fulfilling an order; if a paid order is cancelled, its payment is returned.
Delivery and license
Downloads are made available after successful payment according to our Digital Product Delivery policy. You purchase a license to use the files, not ownership of their original copyright. See the product’s license and our Licensing page.
Support and refunds
Support covers product-access questions and reproducible defects in supplied files. Custom development, installation and future feature updates are not included unless expressly offered. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the store or licensed files for unlawful purposes, fraud, infringement, malicious activity or unauthorized redistribution. Do not attempt to access another customer’s order or interfere with the service.
Third-party services
Hosting providers, email applications and payment services have their own terms and availability. We do not promise compatibility beyond what a listing states. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
Updated store terms apply to later purchases. The license supplied with an existing purchase is not reduced by a later change to this page. For order or terms questions, contact YETREMA or email Dawtechdss@gmail.com.
